About: Trail running saved my life. It’s a passion and perhaps a slight addiction.

Have always run (I ran before I walked apparently) but only 2nd season of trail/ultra and moving up to 100miles this year, multi-day events and looking forward to more local events.

Long term goal to complete Dragons Back in 2024.

Drawn to the mountains but live in Suffolk. From North Wales originally.
