About: Running since approx 2011 and love to be out in the fields and lanes near Red Lodge, really helps to unwind from a busy work & family life. Fall in and out of love with it, and events help keep my motivation up.

First event was Southwold 10k when you all feel like the crowd mentality and common goal pushes you on and clapping everyone across the line to recognise their own personal goals
