Ultra Training 12 Week Programme



10k to 50k – 12 week ultra training programme

Starting November 28th 2021

Our guided runs have been planned in such a way to support anyone looking to transition into long distance / ultra trail running, under the support and guidance of experienced ultra trail runners.

Starting with a muddy 10k, the intensity of our runs gradually increase to 50k over a 12 week training period. During this time we would expect you to join us for 10 guided trail runs. Our training programme has been designed to allow you two de-load weeks (one has already been scheduled – 23rd January), the other you will decide as and when your body needs it.

By joining the 12 week programme, you will benefit from a discounted package, extra motivation, advice and guidance from experienced ultra runners, plus the opportunity to meet and support other like-minded runners in your area. You’ll also be race ready and raring to go, come spring!

Our runs typically take place at 8am on Sunday Mornings, except for the following:

  • Stowmarket – Saturday 12pm
  • Gipping River – Bank Holiday Monday 8am
  • Stour Valley Marathon – Saturday 8am

Total Cost £100 for 10 x guided runs when booked in advance (HUGE saving).
