With almost two decades of personal experience in running and fitness, I understand the commitment, challenges, and rewards of living an active lifestyle. As an England Athletics Coach, I combine that experience with professional coaching to help people train with purpose, improve performance, and develop strength that lasts.

 

I specialise in strength coaching for women in mid-life, supporting those navigating perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. My coaching focuses on building functional strength, maintaining muscle and bone health, improving mobility, and increasing confidence – both in training and in everyday life.

 

Using bodyweight exercises alongside resistance training with the Harambe System, I create practical, effective programmes that are tailored to your goals, experience, and lifestyle.
