We’re excited to venture into the world of guided trail runs and have been busy finalising a selection of beautiful trail routes located throughout the Suffolk Countryside.

Led by experienced, fully qualified and insured run leaders, our guided runs are ideal for those just starting out on the trails and looking to pick up some tips, or for those more experienced runners who fancy some friendly company in beautiful locations.

 

Although we will strive to group similar paced runners together we will ultimately run to the pace of the slowest runner and kindly remind you that some day that runner might be you (or us)!!

 

Our runs are relaxed, friendly and informal with plenty of selfie and snack stops (we love snacks)! We’re all about having fun, sharing knowledge, creating memories and enjoying the great outdoors so why not come along and join us.

How to book

Our guided runs are available to book individually or in a block as part of our 12 week ultra training programme.

Our runs typically take place at 8am on Sunday Mornings, except for the following:

  • Stowmarket – Saturday 12pm
  • Gipping River – Bank Holiday Monday 8am
  • Stour Valley Marathon – Saturday 8am
