Join us for a scenic 10k through the historic medieval village of Lavenham. This mixed terrain course will take you along the old disused railway line, offering plenty of splashy fun, especially during the winter months!

Age Limits & Restrictions:

  • Minimum age: 16 years
  • 90-minute cut-off time

The Course:

This multi-terrain route features footpaths, forest trails, shallow streams and quiet rural roads, offering a challenging yet enjoyable experience for all participants.

 

Medals & Prizes:

  • All finishers will receive a medal
  • Podium trophies for the Top Three Male & Female finishers

 

Cupless Race:

To reduce single-use waste, this is a cupless race. Fresh drinking water will be available for you to refill your own bottles, but no cups will be provided.

 

Registration:

  • Race number collection: 08:00 – 08:45 at the race start
  • Race numbers will not be sent out in advance
  • Please arrive early to collect and attach your bib before the race.

 

Additional Info:

  • To comply with UK Athletics Rules, a £2 fee applies to non-attached club runners.

All cars parked in the car park do so entirely at their own risk and the race organisers or land owners accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicles or valuables parked there.

Event Conditions:

This event spans multiple terrains, and all participants enter at their own risk. It is the responsibility of each competitor to ensure they are medically fit to take part. By entering, participants confirm that they are in good health and physically capable of completing the event. Appropriate grippy footwear is essential for safe participation, given the varied and potentially challenging terrain.

While medical assistance will be available throughout the event, neither the race organisers nor the landowners accept any liability for injuries sustained during the race.

By entering, competitors consent to the use of their photos and video footage on the Raw Trails website, sponsor websites, and in promotional materials or media coverage.

All participants must agree to the terms and conditions as outlined on the Raw Trails website as a condition of entry.
